CORPORATE HISTORY

Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings Sdn Bhd (PROLINTAS) was incorporated on 19 January 1995 as an investment holding company with interest in infrastructure development. The principal activities of its subsidiaries are design, construction, operation and maintenance of the highway. PROLINTAS is wholly owned by Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB).

Riding on the wings of established and very credible organisation has given PROLINTAS a notable advantage both technically and financially to operate three highways.
